Spring is Springing

I can feel some serious bike riding coming on.  Off in the van for a few weeks soon.  Good to get away and smell the flowers.

Hopefully enough sunshine to dry up some of those puddles!

No problem as the bikes are still caked in mud. Unlike the car that got detailed again last week the day before the rains.

    Spring fever = road trip.

    Correct

It’s certainly sprung up here. I spent the day paddling with a high school group today, 20 kids and 2 teachers, on a perfect day. The only thing that spoilt it was the text message from work, “can you start at 4?”

    Work? What’s that?

Ahhhh… a road trip, what fun. Haven’t had one of those for quite a while. Hope to betaking one in October, off to Florida and Disney for a few days with the family.
Have a great time, we’ll be hearing all about it when you get back.

I presume your road trip to Florida will be by plane.

Brrrrrr. 22c is at the bottom end of my comfort zone. I prefer it to be between 30c & 35c. Its been a cool summer this year, only 4 or 5 days above 38c. Usually its closer to 20, with 10 of them being hotter than 45c. Hate winters, when its down to -10c (or lower) at night and the days barely get over 3c. Gawd, I miss Hawaii sooooo much.

22 to 25 is just right for my tired body. You can have your hot. I look at Weather Underground quite a bit to see how my bloggers around the traps are faring weather wise and notice some extremes in Modesto at times.

By the way, our water storages are at 92% now. What drought?
